Anonymous Survey - Injection Drug Use (IDU) Population

Thank you for taking the time to assist us in understanding the IDU population. Everything you provide will be confidential and your identity will never be known. By adding to our knowledge of this population, your information will help in the development of HIV prevention programs for the IDU population, so please be thorough and honest when completing the following survey.
